Cosmetics Sales Associate

Job Description
Large corporations have many departments that each perform a single task day in and day out. In a small business every person must wear many different hats and do many different things that contribute to the business.

Consultations & Makeovers
The most important part of this job is to find the right type of products for your customers. You must be able to educate customers on how to use these products and have the ability to sell them on new products. Following up with your customers regularly via phone or e-mail is essential.

Inventory Maintenance
Every month sales & on hand inventory information must be submitted to Estee Lauder & Clinique along with a reorder for basic and new products. A physical inventory is required each month as well.

Training
Several training sessions are provided by Estee Lauder & Clinique each year. Training sessions usually last only one day, but occasionally will require an overnight stay. Training is usually in Shreveport or Little Rock. Rarely a training session is located in Memphis or Dallas.

Compensation
This job has an hourly pay rate plus commission.
